Foundation awards $30,600 in mini grants La Fundación otorga $30,600 en mini subvenciones

The Aurora East Educational Foundation (AEEF) has awarded $30,600 in grants to staff who applied for funding through the AEEF Educational Grants Program.

The purpose of the AEEF Educational Grants Program is to allow innovative ideas to be tested and the education of our youth to be enriched through these ideas.  Past activities have been very successful and have made the educational experience of our students even more rewarding. 

“The Aurora East Educational Foundation is humbled by the overwhelming response from the teachers and staff to this year’s request for mini-grants. Forty applications were received and slightly over $30,600 was distributed – Thank you very much to all for their applications and congratulations to the recipients. Continued success to our dedicated staff members as they implement their programs and enrich our students’ educational opportunities both in and out of the classroom.” said Bill Deligiannis, Chairman.

La Fundación Educativa del Este de Aurora (AEEF Aurora East Educational Foundation por sus siglas en inglés) ha otorgado $ 30,600 en subvenciones al personal que solicitó fondos a través del Programa de Becas Educativas AEEF.

El propósito del Programa de Becas Educativas AEEF es permitir que se prueben ideas innovadoras y que la educación de nuestros jóvenes se enriquezca a través de estas ideas. Las actividades pasadas han sido muy exitosas y han hecho que la experiencia educativa de nuestros estudiantes sea aún más gratificante.

“La Fundación Educativa del Este de Aurora se siente honrada por la abrumadora respuesta de los maestros y el personal a la solicitud de este año de mini subsidios. Se recibieron cuarenta solicitudes y se distribuyeron poco más de $30,600. Muchas gracias a todos por sus solicitudes y felicitaciones a los destinatarios. Éxito continuo para nuestros miembros del personal dedicados a medida que implementan sus programas y enriquecen las oportunidades educativas de nuestros estudiantes tanto dentro como fuera del aula,” dijo Bill Deligiannis, presidente.
